Hi guys I have a friend wanting to catch a musky. I seem to remember a few years ago a couple report. Question is what lake or area in Tennessee give the best chance to findd some of these things.

We go to Melton Hill 2 or 3 times a year. Managed to catch one about 40 inches long. Be prepared they are not afraid of the boat and do figure eights with your bait at the boat they will follow it up and lots of times hit it at the boat then hold on for the ride

Caught a big one on parksville a few weeks ago on a spook, scared the s**t out of me when it hit! lol

Thx guys. So Melton gives me a much better chance and I may get lucky on parksville. Time for a game plan

Dale Hollow has them, though I have never caught one. I believe they are also in Center Hill, the headwaters of the Caney Fork, and the Collins River up around Sparta.

Folks, there's musky in Chickamauga. My uncle has caught several below Watts Bar Dam in the spring when the gates are open.
