Went up to check my camera this afternoon, and SURPRISE!!! My buddy has been visiting quite a bit. Got several good shots at night, and 3 good shots on Jan.9 at 9:10 AM. I'm hoping that his rack will grow out right for next year.

Sorry!! My big, dumb butt sent the wrong pic. Hey, they were right beside each other in the file, and my fangers are kinda' big...get the idea?

This is the last picture that I'm posting. Just thought that some of you would like to see.

Danny are you baitin the deer with concrete blocks now? I've heard of salt blocks but not concrete.

That deer is not super old so I would guess he has a bit of growing to do yet. What cha feeding him?

looks lie some high protein purina block chow hey you know if you feed him 12's he'll way more next year!!!!!!!!!!emoLaugh emoLaugh emoLaugh emoLaugh

He's coming back for remnants of some AcornRage that I put out for the camera. They seem to really like that stuff. I filled my feeder up last week as well. It's been empty since Sept. I also have 4 "Throw & Grow" plots within 20 yards of the feeder.

Doc1, you were asking about the blocks, they'r to hold the feeder-foot off the ground while re-filling. Plus, the squirrels and coons like to play on them.

Theres alot of other illegal stuff produced in Sherwood too

And dont piss none of the locals off around there either.

Yeah, they used to make some white whiskey up in these parts, then they grew weed. Nowadays the biggest problem is that da&%ed Meth. Whiskey and weed never really bothered me that much, but Meth steals people's souls. I'd like to see it wiped from the face of the Earth.

Sorry if I'm soap-boxing, but I almost lost a neice to that stuff a few years back, and I'll always hold a grudge for anybody that has anything to do with it.

I'm not native to Sherwood, but my wife is. Folks around here were suspicious of me at first, but after 22 years they're starting to warm up. It's nothing to have somebody come up and ask if I'd like to hunt their property. It used to be pretty rough, but once you get to know us, we ain't all bad. Still, I would be careful coming in as a stranger.;)
