Welcome to one of the most addictive sports ever. If you like equipment or stuff you will be spending ALOT of money very soon. I am trying to get away from chasing the fowl myself. Haven't been yet this year but will chase them IF they get here.
I see the spoonies are back! ...killed a TON of them last year-I hope you get the opportunity to kill you a drake!...IMO, those and green-wing teal are the prettiest ducks around these parts! How many did yall see???? We killed mallards and gadwalls on Saturday, but I don't think they are really this far south yet...
We had a ton of gadwalls come by us but we couldnt get them to get near because of a guy fishing near us that we didnt see. didnt see any mallards. had two flocks of geese come by while we were picking up our decoys wish we couldve got a shot at some of them but maybe next time.
