My first Primo!

Took delivery of my Primo Saturday, got the OVAL Xl for a steal...emoZipped emoBigsmile Lets just say a buddy took care of me like I was in the Gambino family. </p>

Cant wait to get cooking this week on it. As you can imagine, I WILL be posting pics to make your mouth water. emoBigsmile emoDance emoDance emoDance </p>

Where do I find out about these Primos? Cost,pictures, other info? Sounds like I need one. emoScratch

Wouldnt matter if I had 6 of them ... I wish I could do really good dry rub smoked ribs.. I worked for a guy once that made dry rub ribs to die for .. my mouth is watering just thinking about it.. and he used to go down to FL couple times a year and brought back fresh Amber Jack, Shark , and swordfish he caught and smoked and or grilled them .. oh my talkin bout some good eats WOW!

I can cook pretty good, but not so hot on the grill

hehe man work work work then fishing... I will break it in better soon...Only got to cook on it two times so far did Steak both times.. going try some BBQ and other things here soon</p>

I have just cooked 4 "butts" on mine so far and if everything after these turn out any better, I won't know how to act. This thing is the finest cooking machine that is made so far. I will reccomend a Primo to anyone who wants to fix the best food in the world. I think Cheez will back me up on this.

If I didnt have a $500 SS grill that cooks the perfect steak I'd be tempted to get one. I guess for now I'll keep smoking on the Brinkman, but you guys sure do tempt a fella.

I used to think that my SS gasser cooked the perfect steak. I was wrong! No gasser made is even in the same league as a Primo. emoBigsmile
If you ever eat some BBQ from the Primo you will donate the ECB to the scrap pile. I did mine.
