I haven't seen it in person yet, put I just got a picture of my replica Blue Catfish that Joey Arender did for me.
I am blown away! I can't wait to see it in person.
It doesn't really represent a specific catch... I just wanted a mid-size cat, big enough to be impressive, but not so big that it would be hard to display & handle. I don't recall the exact dimensions, but it is basically a 30 or 35 pounder.

He is in Murfreesboro and has fished with me a couple of times. The first time down his son caught a cat in the high 40's. I believe that was the first replica catfish Joey ever did. Needless to say, since it was for his son, he worked hard to get it right. As soon as I saw that one, I knew I'd have me one someday... and now I do (or will soon). WooHoo!
