fished guys and dolls tourney out of marion cty pk. headed straight for clear creek caught two matching bookends 2.4# you guessed it
wrong you thought i was going to say trap? poes 400 cedar cb in 15' of water on outside pt. went on under bridge into the flat fired off the poes across pt 3 reel cranks and told mama to get the net pulled drag for ever boiled 2x and i figured out it was the wrong brand
28# crapola aka carp. anyhow moved out on the ledges in main river wound up catching 12 keeping fish on ....the trap!! all fish fat and healthy just no kickers. seen a lot of bucks up getting ready but no big mamas. anytime though. well wound up with 9.37# four fish limit in these tourneys good enough for no 2 place . water temps in main river 58.6 early up to 62 late and @ 1:00 found some 67 in the pockets and cuts. not a monster sack but a lot of fun. winner had 10.20 caught fish on several things trap chatterbait cranks and even flipped up a few late. fish seemed to be stacked up when you found a few. and were taking the baits deep. best fishing on the ledges without a doubt. right now anyway.emoScratch emoScratch
