Had a club tourney out of Shellmound today... Lots of tourneys going on it seems............I caught one 14.5'' heartbreaker on a watermelon dead ringer.... that was all for me... the wind kicked up around noon and it was horrible....winner in our club had around 14lbs... We had one fellow catch one that went over 5 and he collected a hefty check for that bad boy...( our club doesnt pay on big fish unless its over 5, so the money rolls over) Had a couple of others that weighed in a keeper... Most fish were caught on jigs... Cant wait till next month when we head down to Eufaula for two days..

The wind got nast in a hurry didn't it SandSkeeter?? Some good stringers and 1 HUGE stringer was weighed in at Marion County Park for the River Rats 1st TX of the year. 1st place was 24.60 with a big fish of 9.40. 2nd was 16+ with a couple 15 lb bags and a couple 14 lb bags!!

The Harrisonbassmasters blasted off out of Shellmound also & it was a lovely day to be out. I don't know what on earth you guys are talking about....NOT!!!!!! Fishing report goes like this. The wind blew, HARD! Wind dir. North,South,East, & West! Nastyjack is right on the money! I don't care if you caught 40Lbs. yesterday it was No Fun!
