Nauticman, Upper Nick, Bass, 11/20,21/13

[Nauticman]

Fished out of Riverpark Wedn. and Thursd. pm between the dam and CBR Bridge. The flow was crazy betw. 0 and 48K cfs. Surface temp was 55. Using shallow running crankbaits I caught 5 smallies, 5 fatties, one big bluegill and one yellow bass. I also caught a half dozen drum on a chartreuse spoon below the R/R bridge. All fish caught in less than 10 ft. of water.

Only one smallie was a keeper (19.5 in.) Two LM were keepers ( 5 lb. 7 oz. and 4 lb. even). All fish released.

Not too bad for an "older" gentleman. emoGeezer Nice fish Pete, and lots of them. You never told me about shallow running crankbaits. Keeping all the good stuff to yourself, lol. At least you taught me how to fish below the dam, along with Drumking with his Striper magic. Thanks for all the fun guys.
