Pete Jr. took me fishing out of Riverpark today. We fished from RP to downtown. The flow was 47K cfs and the surface temp was all the way up to 41, LOL. He again put me on a good smallie on a jig/pig, but it came unbuttoned at the boat. We guessed it was about 4.5 lbs., made me rather unhappy, it was my only chance at a bass all day except for some pecks that I missed emoBang
Pete was the bassman today catching a keeper smallie on a tube , 2 largemouth one of which was in the 4 lb. range and a decent spot on spinner baits. We again loaded the boat with drum on tubes and jig/pigs, they are everywhere. No particular pattern today, fished mostly rip-rap.
We don't usually take pictures of drum, but Drumking wanted to see pics of some of his pets, so we are posting some. I could't get Pete to smile for his pic of a drum, but he did for the bass. I could smile with the drum, because I didn't catch any bass
