Anyone know if Navionics has a software program you can download so you can view their maps on a computer?

I think that they do, but you can't be sure from their website, which is one of the least user friendly that I've encountered from folks who are trying to sell you something.

Depends on the unit you'll be using it in. There's a compatibility chart on their website. As for computer software, if you buy a newer card, you do get a free download of their mapping software. You also get free updates for the card as well as the computer for one year.

As for customer service, they do have the worst I have experienced in a long time. They don't answer emails well and aren't friendly on the phone either. They seem bothered to talk to customers.
