We had a little smaller than I expected turnout on the adults but a nice crowd on the junior side. Both fields had enough for full points. It was a tough day for all with only two limits of 5 turned in for the 10 adults and 7 juniors. Those were first and second on the adults.
For the adults Robert Knobb took first with 17.20lbs. Second was Brent Sain with 14.57. Robert Damron had the big bass with a 4.73.
Hunter Ferguson took the juniors again with two fish for 4.23 but a dead fish knocked him down to 3.73. Second was Corrie Ann Hickerson with 3.61. She also had big fish with a 2.02.
All juniors went home with tackle packs and Hunter Ferguson added another All Pro rod to his collection for wins this season.
We had 3 adults and 2 juniors join today. Welcome back Robert and Noel Damron. Welcome new junior Jacob Knobb and new adults Casey Hitchcock and Josh Watts.
Our next tourney is August 22 on Woods out of Morris Ferry Dock.
