Nine adults and five juniors made it to the tourney Saturday. On the adult side Gene Cantrell notched the win with five fish for 9.04. He had one of only two big fish in the tourney. His 3.41 kicker largemouth pushed him to the top and earned him $242. Jerry Seay traveled south and fished with us for the first time in a year and he finished second with 7.60. His 4.97 largemouth took big bass honors improving his take to $145. Five of the nine adults had limits on a day where the pattern had shifted quite a bit.
Junior Alex Prince notched his first win on his birthday no less. He had three fish for 3.34. He received $40 for first as well as an All Pro rod and a Secret Weapon buzz bait. Dakota Cantrell was second with 3.08. Jacob Knobb had the big fish with a 1.71 largemouth.
