This tourney is still on and is still an open. I WILL NOT cancel. We may have to wait out the storms in the morning or we may not but we will fish. Marion County Park at safe daylight if everything is normal. If the weather is bad we'll just wait a while to launch.

Entry fee for adults is $50 plus $5 for big bass. Juniors is $15 plus $5 for big bass. This IS NOT a team tournament. Two adults can fish in the same boat but you compete as individuals. 5 Fish, lake limits. No locking through. Nickajack only.

Other questions? 931-235-6216.

I am not David but I can give everyone an update on who won and the weights. Robert Knobb won with 12.?? pounds. Robert the man when it comes to Nick-a-jack! Last time (July?) he fished Nick-a-jack he ended up with a win with 17.20 pounds. Keep in mind that is just Robert we do not have partners at NBT. Yet NBT does have a full juniors division that fishes in the back of the boats against other juniors. Second place was a tie with Jake Davis & Josh Watts at just under 7 pounds so as you can tell Robert kicked some butt!! As far as big fish yes you guessed it Robert Knobb with two largemouth’s a little over 4 pounds each. I am not sure how much money Robert won I believe it was about $250 for the win and $50 more for big fish. Jake and I split up the second place money a whopping $85. All of our juniors were chasing deer this weekend except one and I am sorry but did not get his name. I do know that he weighed in a fish or two. I just joined the NBT this summer and I really like fishing with the guys. All of the guys are friendly and if you have a junior to take with you it makes it that much more fun. I myself have a son that has been fishing on a couple of the TX’s with me.

Sorry guys. Busy with lots of stuff and trying to figure out our 2010 schedule. Robert Knobb won with 12.73. He had 2 over 4 and his 4.68 took big bass. He got $219 for the win and $40 for big bass with only 8 adults. Josh Watts and Jake Davis tied with 6.85. Jake had 2 fish with one going 4.38. Josh had four. Our rules say they both get second place points and they split the money and that's what we did even though I wasn't sure of it when we did it. Johnny Hickerson was the only other adult turning in a fish and he got 4th place points.

Dalton Summers was the only junior to fish and all he had to do was catch one fish to turn a 0 in points to a 192. He had a spot that went 1.63. He got his money back of course and a tackle pack. But he jumped up in the standings and now has a shot at AOY at our classic. He's in fourth place now. Hunter Ferguson is first at 796, followed by Dakota Cantrell 792 and my boy Hank 780.

Robert Knobb went from 9th place to first in the points for the adults with his win. There are about nine guys in the hunt for AOY on the adult side. Robert has 786 then there's Jake Davis 784, Josh Watts 782, Brent Sain 780, Gene Cantrell 778, me with 774, Billy Hoosier and Johnny Hickerson with 768 each and John Elliott with 752.

Our classic is Nov 14-15 on Nickajack out of Marion County Park.

David.
