need boat mechanic

I need to find someone around Dalton/ chatsworth area that can look at my tilt motor its a newer motor and has been working fine until today it just clicks when I try to raise or lower the motor. anyone know someone I could take it to and have it looked at? I really don't want to take it and leave it a month or so at the bigger shops .any help would be appreciated

I think its the relays I used a hot and ground straight to trim motor and it worked up and down fine I checked all connecters and plug-ins
