.....Smoked unudder butt this weekend on the Brinkman (thats ECBto you haters) and have too much left over emoBigsmile. I was thinking today as I was eating leftovers for the third straight meal that I ought to make a little BwS. Any of yall Iron Chefs out there got a proven winner? I looked up a couple online but they just didnt "taste right in my head".

I think I have a smoking problem emoLaugh but I'm sure not getting any complaints about mysecond hand smoke from the neighbors.

May want to look online for burgoo recipes too. I like the burgoo better. Sorry I never have made either, so no recipe.

fishnbob aka "chef Bob" brother of Cheez down here in Tavares, Florida. Yeah, I got a great brunswick stew recipe:2 pounds pulled smoked pork, 1 pound smoked beef brisket, 1 pound smoked chicken, 1 gallon beef broth, 1 can cream style corn, 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can diced tomatoes (all pint size) 1 pint BBQ sauce, 1 pound bacon-diced, 1 large onion-diced, 2 tablespoons fresh garlic-minced......In a large soup pot, saute bacon, then add onions, then add garlic (don't brown the garlic). Add remaining ingredients, simmer on medium heat for 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper as needed. I like mine spicy so I add 1 ounce of cayenne pepper (not for everyone) emoThumbsup
