Need help from Humminbird / Navionics Gurus

I have a Hbird 1198 and Navionics platinum, I have no depth numbers on my contour lines all the contour lines work, but I am missing some of the roadbed info that I know should be there and depth numbers. I have heard from other people who had the same issue but arent sure how they solved the problem. I have tried everything I know to do. If anyone knows how to get the depth numbers on my mapping I really need help.

Please make sure you have the spot soundings set to visible and your chart detail level set to all on the 1198. This will be found on your unit under the CHART tab.
