I have a mariner 150 mag II. I had a 25p prop on it and could not get but 5000 rpm's at wot. So i put a 23p on it and still can't get but 5000 rpm's at wot. now I can give it gas will in netural and it will jump up to 6000 with no problems it is when it is under load where i can't get more than 5000. It comes out of the hole fine and gets on plane quick without any problems. Could the carbs need to be cleaned or is there something else I am missing.
