Need help with suggestions on mono line???

I just got a pflueger trion baitcaster givin to me as a gift, and i planned on spooling it with monofilament. Does anybody have any suggestions?? I also plan on buying a worm rod, so any suggestions there would be helpful too. I just started using baitcasters so im no expert on them.emoThanks

seems like alot of folks liked Berekley and Trilene, if they were not using Flurocarbon.

One of the best I have used is "izorline", but for durability and availability, I like the Pline CXX. It's stiff but really durable.

save yourself a lot of pain and anguise.......buy 12 lb Trilene and spool your reel....after spooling the line on....tie the end to something and walk off about 50 yards and strectch the heck out of it...then wind it back up with tension.. this will get the memory and relax the line....need to do this about every 3rd trip......been doing this for a long time.....FA

P-Line makes several good mono's I like CXX and also Flouroclear. If you want to spend a little less money try Berkley big game I have used this regularly for several years with good success. I have recently tried Suffix Elite and I will probably use it again I was very impressed with it.
