need help

i have a 16 horse briggs motor on a godevil long tail frame and i cant seem to get it to run right at all it will run till it pulls all the fuel out of the bulb in the fuel line repplaced the line bulb and tank due to needing new ones anyway and replaced diafram up top but still doing it pulled every thing apart no vacume leaks or anything like that all the lines are tight and im lost now im a fuel injected guy and ive run out of things to check being an old school motor any help would be very app. form any of you small engine guy thanks

Still sounds like a bad check valve in the bulb or a hard to detect vacumn leak.

Should be the plastic fuel pump right before the fuel goes to the carb. I had a honda 20hp on a mudbuddy that would do the same. The only other thing could be a bad inline fuel filter that could have a crack or leak in it.
