Need Rod sections built Fat A?

I have 2 brand new 40 year old Berkely saltwater? big spinning rod butt sections. I was given them by a customer, I emailed Berkey and they can't/ wont't help, so I sent them back a scathing email denouncing their creditability as a company and blah blah. I've had Orvis, Sage and Scott replace, or fix fly rods in the past, but Bereley won't.

So, I need someone to build two top sections of these rods to match the butt sections. Can Fat Albert do this as a project, or are there other rod builders here who can help me. No freebies, unless your name is Bereley, but I'd like to use these rods some day.
