The primary duct that connects my HVAC unit to the house is split with a hole and the one next to it is missing a foot or so where it connects to the unit. It's a couple feet in diameter and is made of metallic insulation material and is probably just old or been ripped into by the cats. It still cools the house okay but there is still some significant air loss I need to correct. It is located where the unit connects to the house under the rain guard. Both 3-4ft stretches of duct are damaged and really need to be replaced and properly reconnected to the HVAC unit. It is not easy to get to and may need to be accessed from outside the house removing the rain guard.
I am requesting opinions on any trustworthy HVAC businesses or CFF members that that can perform this repair
-Thanks!
