I replaced mine few years ago and used a book to help me . The hardest thing was disconnecting the shift lever, then my second problem i put the rubber in backwards in the housing and had to do it all over again. It wasnt that hard if your a little bit mechanically inclined. You can find how to on the internet I would guess.

wrenchen2 just put one on my rude 150. took him just a few minutes. i was also missing the restrictor so it was peeing water out as fast as it was pumping it through. made one out of brass plumbing fittings and now it runs cooler than the other side of the pillow. wrenchen2 is your best bet by far
