I have a small Benefit Tx I'm helping out with. I would really like to move the date so i could miss the Nickajack date but I need to dicuss that with the person I'm helping..... Softball Benefit Tx</p>

Question. </p>

Nichols Marine has gratefully sponsered the 500 dollars that we have up for grabs for Big Fish. Is this a good idea? Should I break it into smaller peices for places with prizes? </p>

I need to hear what you guys think on this. </p>

Billy, if you have good value prizes for the 1-5 places ( or however many it is ) then I would leave the 500 for big fish. Makes it more attractive and you should get more participation. Thats just my thoughts bud. Its a great cause and I hope you can get the date moved so some of the CFF crowd dont have to choose and can maybe fish both, I will try to do both if possible.

If its a benefit tx, I would break it down to let everyone who participates have a better chance of getting something for their support. Just my opinion

I agree guys. I just wasn't sure what I should do. I'll have to think about how I need to do this. </p>

Hopefully monday, I can convince my co-worker to change the date.</p>

Hey everyone ...I got with my co-worker and we are looking at May 26th for this Softball Tx and blast it out of harrison or Chesterfrost. Like I said, Nichols has put up 500 Smackers for a prize. </p>

If this date looks better, let me know.

DHaun's comment notwithstanding, I think the most important input would come from the folks providing the money. I think it's awesome that Nichols is being so supportive, but I can't help but wonder if the "beneficiary" of the tournament might get more benefit if Nichols simply donated them all, or part, of the money?

I talked to Carter this past weekend and he thought the 500 for Big Fish was the best idea. Being that they are the providers...I think I'll just run with that.</p>

You can if you would rather do prizes instead of money use the %s to determine the value of the prizes you are going to get for each place.
