Needy family needs Stove & Fridge & Couch (usable)

I know of a family that desperately needs an electric stove and a refrigerator and even a couch. They live on Sand Mtn. Ala.

This lady is sleeping on the floor (has no bed), renting a stove & frige and owes $1300 to the rental company and she can't pay the money so they will come and get them. She only gets $650 per month and has some mental challenges, her caregivers have all died. She needs help so please let me know if you have an idea where I could get these items. I assure you she's not going to be particular as long as they are serviceable.

I got a small refrigerator w/freezer that I will gladly give to her & can drive it wherever I need to. It is about waist high, like kids use in college dorms. PM me with contact info.

If someone can find a used refrigerator at a decent price, one of my friends on facebook says their church will pay. </p>

Here's where we are with this. A friend whose mother passed away recently will probably give them a stove, frige, and couch. Will know very soon but it looks promising.

You all have great attitudes toward helping the less fortunate. I'll let you know what happens.
