You can fish the rip rap across form the city ramp . there will be alot of people doing that but you can usually catch some fish . throwing a shakey head and a spinnerbait and a buzzbait

I would fish mid lake temps are smoken use a spro swimbait I like to paint mine up like a mud sucker but only tell who must.seems to work in the heat of the day . I have herd of some big stringers coming out of city park good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
