I have been on the forum for several months now and I was thinking I never formally interduced myself. My name is JJ, and I have lived in the Chatt area since I was a 1 1/2 old. I started fishing when I was 4 yrs old, and I havn't stoped since! I am 33yrs old, married and we have our first child on the way. I like to fish for anything, but my favorite is flyfishing small streams for native trout. I don't get to go very often because my wife won't let me go by myself. I had a stroke 2 1/2 yrs ago along with other health problems and I am disabled. Thats why my wife won't let me go anywhere there is no phone signal or more than 30 min away from home w/o someone else w/me. I don't have a boat, but I do have a canoe. I do alot of wading and bank fishing, unless I have a freind ask me to tag olong in the boat. She is a nurse so she is very protective. I have met a few of you and probebly know more of you, just not by your screen name. I enjoy the forum because it gives me something to do rather than watch tv when I am sick. Thanks for all the info, reports and just the plain ol' jokin around. emoToast emoUSA emoAngler God bless America and God bless the great outdoors! JJ

tie1on... It was an absolutely pleasure to meet and talk with you the other day.

On first blush, folks would never know what kind of life-changing experience you are going through... yet it's clear that you intend to persevere through the difficulties, and enjoy the trip along the way.

You're an inspiration and I look forward to crossing paths in the future.

Here is a belated welcome form Doc1, if I can ever be of any help to you, please let me know.
