This is my first post on CFF, so if I mess it up I appologize. We had our first meeting last night and had a great turn out!! I want to personally thank everyone that was there. Our first order of bussiness was to elect board members. This was done by volunteers and nominations then voted on. The elected board has a lot of things to get wroked out in a short time with our first tournament being this month. When all the details are finialized we will post our Web site info for everyone to see. This will be ran as a club not an open Trail. We welcome all new members but, memberships we be voted on by the board. Updates will be posted as things come together.

WHAT A GREAT TURNOUT!!!
To have the first meeting planned in such a short period of time, it's just exciting to see the response that was shown.
Around 50 people showed up and I know I heard several say "my partner couldn't be here but I am here representing both of us"
It was nice to see alot of old friends and new faces come to join together. A group that size with no negativity can generate a positive enviroment and that was proven. Look at how long the parking lot remained full of people just hanging around to enjoy the fellowship (proper termonilogy for a bunch of fish lies)

O.k. here is the info that everyone has been wanting and waiting to see. Before I get started though, I want to thank all the board members for donating close to five hours off their time yesterday afternoon to get all of this worked out and to this point. I also want to thank David and Kim Erwin for opening their home and feeding us to get this done. Thank you!!! O.k. Here is the format that we will be using. We also want EVERYONE to know that we will be running an OPEN tournament at EVERY regular points tournament. There will be NO membership fee for the open tournaments. The entry fee and pay out system will be the same as our regular points tournament. The OPEN competitors will only be competing against the other open competitors and the money from the open tournament. We are doing this so that everyone is welcome to come and fish with us but to also eliminate any CHERRY PICKING. Members are welcome to fish the open tournament but they MUST pay for the open entry as well. We will keep separate leader boards at each tournament.

- Membership dues are $50.00 per member
- Membership to be voted on by the board
- You must get in touch with a board member for membership appilcation
- We will be an independant CLUB (not FLW or BASS affiliated)
- Brand new club so brand new season
- season is from Oct through Sept
- Classic at end of season, sometime in Sept or first of Oct
- Entry fee is $80.00 per team for 1 day tournament (this includes big fish)
- Entry fee is $100.00 per team for 2 day touranment (this includes big fish for both days)
- Pay out system will be posted on our Web site that we hope to have up and running very soon
- All tournament times will be EST
- Rules will be posted on Web Site
- EVERY team will draw a blast off number at EVERY tournament (Members and OPEN)
- All memeberships must be paid in full by the begining of the first points Tournament
- Schedule is as follows
- For the dates and ramps not listed we will have that info NO later than the Jan Tournament.

- Oct 3rd Wiess State ramp (start of points season and opens)
- Nov 21st Nickajack Raccoon Mtn
- Dec 5th Chickamauga Dam
- Jan 30th Nickajack Sullivans
- Feb 20th Guntersville Jackson Co.
- Mar 13th Chickamauga Dam
- Apr TBA Weiss TBA (2-day)
