Do you return phone calls?

I have been all but begging someone to build a simple patio for me for over 2 weeks. Of three people I called one actually returned my call and came to measure. That was Friday and he said he would get back to me Friday night. Never heard from him. The other two have not even returned my calls. I gues their "economies" are better than others.
Sorry for the rant but with all the talk of recession I would think it would be pretty easy to get someone to work. Especially for cash. emoScratch

Where do you live in Georgia and does your county require permits? My license is for the state of Tennessee but you might not have to pull permit check with your local building inspection office first. Just give me a call at 423-505-2478 Dusten

My county requires permits but I don't think they require a license. I will check though.
