I'm assuming that's what they are building .
Just wondering how much longer they'll be there.
I kind of hate to see it but I'm sure it will get a lot of use.

News to me??? If you're referring to work barges beside launch ramp, that's a bridge construction crew building reinforcement on the railroad bridge piling.
