thanx, everybody, Ihope to fish with some of u soon, after the holidays i will be able to get a better rod,reel to fish with.right now i use ugly stick 30thann.from walmart, nice rod but reel is to light. can any one help with combo selection for low buget . thanx again. jarett

Popper, tell us what you fish for and someone on here will tell you what kind of reel and rod you need to use. There are a million varibles in rod and reel selection but you will be able to find what you need at wallyworld.
