new High School tournament series

There's a new high school tournament series coming out.....Next Generation High School Bass Series.....it's going to be a GREAT series.....already getting a lot of attention......look them up on Facebook.......

This tournament series will allow 7th and 8th graders to fish, as well.....

I have been trying to get my son's school to start a fishing team. It's been almost impossible to get anyone to help. He starts high school next year and was really wanting to fish. I've been asking about it for 2 years now.

There has been a few that has showed some interest. Nobody has attempted to take any action. I work a crazy night shift schedule but have been willing to do all I can. I just can't anyone to step up at school.my son is in 8th grade now, but I'm afraid by the time his high school gets a team, he will be graduating college. If I could talk my wife into him changing schools, next year I would put him Sale Creek or Soddy.

My little brother is in 10th grade at Heritage they are starting a team there I will have to tell them to check it out!

I just spoke to Jim.....tournament director of the Next Generation High School Bass Series.....his email is [email protected] If you have a high school student that is interested in fishing the tournament on Chick tomorrow....Sept 26...please email him with this info......angler's name....they must be a member of BASS...give the BASS membership #...if he/she is fishing with a partner....same info....and what high/jr.high school they represent.....there will be a mandatory meeting Friday Sept 25 at the Dayton Boat Dock.....I suppose they'll take all this info there...if you don't have time during the day, today..
