Like finding treasure. Found this forum by inquiring about how to fish the upper Nickajack on another forum. It is great to find a forum where others are willing to share their knowledge and experiences about our great sport.
I am a retired sailor who returned to bass fishing about two years ago. My brother-in-law (we married twins 37 years ago) and I fish with Dirt Broke Bass Club which is mostly made up of employees of Roper Industries in Lafayette. We fish Chickamauga, Nickajack, Guntersville, and Weiss. My home lake is Weiss or what our members call the "mudhole." We are fishing out of Riverpark May 19. Neither of us has fish that far North on Nickajack. Hopefully after my son's wedding this Saturday, I'll get to fish out of Riverpark a few times before the tourney.
Hopefully my fishing partner will retire in a year or two and we will get to fish more tourneys, especially some CFF tournaments. I will work on getting those 150 posts by giving fishing reports for Guntersville, Nickajack, and Chickamagua when I fish there.
Hope to meet some of you in person on the lake, soon.
