Nick-A-Jack Tailwaters May 23-24

I had two clients come in this week one from Atlanta and one from Cincinatti. We fished Tuesday morning for some rock fish and hybrids and man was it tuff. We managed to boat three rock fish nothing really big. We had two more that ripped line off a spinning reel at an amazing speed, after playing them for 4 or 5 minutes the fish just came off. I'm pretty sure they were rock fish they came up to the surface about 50 yds out and just ran and ran normal activity for a rock anyway. After 4hrs of fishing for the rock fish we headed up to the lake for some bass fishing. We toasted them. We caught about 20 bass with a 5 being the largest. Went back Wednesday with the same two clients and just bass fished. Hit some differnt spots and finally hit the jack pot. One spot produced 25 to 30 bass all fish holding in 25 feet of water with a 6+ Largemouth being the biggest fish of the day. I had a great time with these fellas and enjoyed their stories of the past. (Note: all bass were released back to the waters from which they came)

They found out about my guide service through the Chamber of Commerce there in Jasper Tn which referred them to R&R bait and tackel and then he (Owner of R&R Daryl Pittman) gave those fellows my name and number.
