Hey all .. had a service call in Trenton, so I ran over to nick fished the 1st bay there beside the interstate, as your heading to Jasper. Made a few casts .. just about to leave, then I nailed a 3lb Largemouth .. on same bait caught the ones yesterday on.. then I hung it up on a log and lost it
.. oh well guess need to make a bunch of those up. .. I ran down to below the dam to the walkway .. saw 4 or 5 boats drifting for striper, but drifting was all they where doing .. I was there about 30 mins never saw one fish brought to the boat .. but man the shad sure where there .. I think I could have walked on the water so many of them. I did catch 2 fish below the damn .. a skipjack , and snagged a small 3 inch shad.
