If you've been struggling on Chickamauga, you may want to reconsider. Just sayin..

I would go up river and fish around the islands above the old hales bar dam fish around the islands that's just off the main channel. there is a flat out there on the other side of the islands to you will be able to see the rock quarry. usually pretty good spot for rattle traps and shallow cranks. plus theres boat docks near by for pitching and jerk baits. let me know if you find any

we caught 8 to 10 fish Saturday but they were a lot of short fish.. and thanks for the info..
