Friday night: 9pm-12pm 4 plus lb. large mouth at chickamauga dam boat ramp along with 3 other small bass. Shallow water on watermellon big criter. Tried Chester Frost Park boat ramp with no success.

Sat. night: 9pm-11pm Another 4 plus lb. large mouth, but at Lake Site boat ramp. Caught on same bait cast into empty boat slip. Tried Harbor Lights, near gas pumps and Chester Frost boat ramp with no luck.

Sun. night: 9pm-10pm Chester Frost Boat ramp. nothing. I did get to see a 45# cat fish that was caught on the pier. Biggest cat fish I had ever seen. Said it took them 45 min. to get it in. Drug it up on the muddy bank.

Sounds like you had a few good LM's. Were they pretty shallow? Were they near deep water? Main lake or sloughs? Great to hear that the night bite has been on. The temps at night were so incredibly warm recently, I just loved it.

The fish caught at the Chickamauga dam ramp was approx. 8ft off of the concrete wall that runs beside the ramp. Probably 5-6 ft deep at most and very close to deep water.

The fish caught at lakesite boat ramp was caught in an covered slip. Water depth there was also in the 5-6 ft range. I would consider this to be a slough.

Hopeing to do some bank or boat night fishing this weekend, if the temp doesn't drop to much.
