No deer being killed by any of ya'll????

I was sure thinking I would have some good deer stories to read. emoScratch There has only been a couple and I was thinking there would be a bunch. I went to get my pictures of my little eight point but becuase of the Holiday they are running behind. emoRolleyes I plan on going again in the morning to see if one more buck wants to go to the freezer. emoEvil Jmax

Killed a doe last weekend in South Ga. Buddy of mine killed a nice main frame 8 with 2 kickers that scored 124 7/8. Had 11.5" G2s! It was a heck of a buck for only his 2nd buck ever!

One fat doe in the freezer on the last day of muzzleloader and have let several small bucks walk. The favors end tomorrow; horns 3" + will be in the freezer. Two doe tags for Roane county starting Sunday. Freezer filling time.

The season still has a lot of days left. I am on vacation until Dec 7th, have leases in Rhea, McMinn and Bradley so I will be posting some more pictures. LOL

Since Blackpowder started until today I have seen 19 bucks and stoip counting Does. I have let three 8 pntrs pass looking for mass and quality. I have seen at least fourshooters but couldnot get a good kill shot. A friend of mine got a big 12 pntr yesterday. We figured it would score 175-180 B&C. No pics yet, too excited and forgot. I plan on hunting Prentice Cooper WMA tomorrow where the bucks are bonus deer. I may just have to pull the trigger on one for the freezer.

Didn't hunt this past weekend but hunted the three prior. Seeing lots of deer. Last weekend saw 15 deer, only 3 were does. One was a giant (offered no shot) and the rest were 1.5 year olds. Considering I have enough meat to last me through the year, I'll wait for something special to come by before I pull the trigger.

I was out of town until Sunday and I was dying to hunt. THe wife and I drove into Cade's Cove just to passify me but it made it worse. I'll be back in the woods this weekend so deer beware.

I have killed two does thats all but i score the deer for grants big buck contest and today a guy named dale bruce brought a monster main frame 8 pointer with lots of kickers gross score was 168 I took some pictures will try to get them posted.

got me a 7 pt and doe this past saturday but just now posted it.....unfortunately it was extremely slow in Illinois this year during the first gun season for me anyway. heard lots of shots between 50 & 60 opening morning so somebody was seeing em. I shot a doe twice in the neck, the first shot she fell and flopped so I didn't want to see her suffer so I shot again lower in the neck, she flopped over behind a tree, then while I'm taking my time reloading and talking to my brother on the radio, she decide to get up stagger off before I was loaded of course, leaned against a tree, then disappeared. found blood for about 75 to 100 yards then she stopped and we never found her.....
