Only had the unit since November and been out about a dozen times with no issues. Today when I turned on the unit, I had no GPS at all. No maps. Nothing. Any body got any ideas.

I believe that either the GPS puck has died (not common) or the plug is loose or has a bent pin. The wire could also be broken. It sounds like the unit is not recognizing the GPS and is acting normally for that situation. Can you borrow another GPS antenna to test the unit? I actually have an extra that you could borrow (north of Cleveland) if it would help. You'll know immediately if it is actually the puck that went bad. Eric

IS it hooked direct to the unit? Or threw InterLink? I would check connections. If the Unit does not see a GPS Receiver it will not show the GPS Screens. Like mentioned above check connections or bad GPS. You can also try restoring defualts.

If you keep having problems send me a PM or call me. I can help you and if not, I'll get you in contact with someone who will.

Thanks for the replies. I do have the external receiver and it is hooked directly to the unit. I didn't get off work today early enough to try anything but will try the suggestions above. Once again, thanks.

Good to here...usually concerns are something simple but you have to know where to start looking. Now go catch some fish and show us share some screen captures! Need anything else let us know!
