I've had these signs posted on properties I have owned, and I have them posted on the few acres I own now.
In the past I have had to ask hunters to leave my property, although I gave written permission to several others hunters, with a signed contract to hold me Not liable for accidents. No Fee-free.
Most trespassers leave without conflict, but some want to argue their point, and I listen, but still ask them to leave. The ONLY time I had 2 guys arrested was when they drove over a steel gate in a Lift Kit Jeep, and tore it off the hinges. TWRA caught them, they went to court, fined, lost hunting privlages for 1 year, had ?? hours of community service and were supposed to replace my gate, which they did not do, instead I got all the key holes on other gates, Super Glued.. Fingernail polish remover works OK. Also had a nice pond on one propetry that I had stocked and allowed , mostly kids to fish there,,,no charge.
I protected these properties with the help of friends, neighbors, TWRA, and Ga Wildlife Agency.
I paid hard earned money for the land and I accumulated lots of friends, because when you have land with deer & turkey, freinds are numerous, and that's OK by Me. Some stayed over in a cabin,,,no charge, some camped out, no charge....but they all had signed a contract with me to be able to hunt on the property.
Point IS; what is the difference between me and the Arizona Border?...you tresspass and get caught, you go to jail, get fined, etc. Either check in at the Front Door, or get OUT...Plain & simple.
That's why there are signs on My property and along the US Border. If I let anyone and everyone, pretty soon the property would be over run, and the few legal guys I let hunt wouuld be very frustated, and I guess I'd loose a lot of freinds. Then again, friends are friends, and we might turn against all the illegals and run them out, with the help of law enforcement.
Get the Point?

I was wondering where you were going with your post. The whole Arizona debate is a reflection on society. I can't speak from a minority standpoint, but I'd rather be stopped by an officer than not if it involved getting an illegal out of the country. That illegal might be competing with me for a job.

Good read, thanks.
