I know of at least one kid from Dalton High School that is looking for a boat. His boat driver and other angler bailed on him.

I was going to help out with h this for Trion high school but one of the requirements for being a boat captain is that your boat has to have $300k in liability insurance.

I was able to be a boat captain for one of the Trion teams. I had to get the insurance and it was $100/ year for 300k liability which was not that bad I thought considering the peace of mind if you have an accident on the water with someone or someone gets hurt in your boat plus towing was included. But I felt the tournament was well organized, and it was great to see those young anglers excited about getting to fish. I wish something like this was going on when I was in high school.
