The Northwest Georgia High School Anglers Association (NWGHSAA) was established by a group of individuals in September 2014 for the purpose of promoting sportsmanship, conservation, life skills, character, citizenship, & teamwork, all while practicing the Golden Rule, through the sport of competitive bass fishing to those students who currently attend high school in the Georgia Counties of Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Gordon, Murray, Walker, & Whitfield.

Students in middle school are allowed to participate also. This is a great program. If you want additional information check out the website https://www.nwghsaa.com/ or attend the first club meeting, September 10, 2019 at Dalton High School auditorium.
