What is the skinny on this Billy? Brand, commercial grade so-on? </p>
My wife bought one for me against my instructions, and I finaly got it out this past month after 2 years in the patry. Just as I suspected, it was a POS IMHO. </p>
DO you smoke you jerky or do it n the oven. I have never made any as it looks like it would take too much time.
Spur, slice me up some of that deer, slice it a 1/4" thick and I will make us some of the best jerky you have ever put in your mouth. The only deer I can find around my house is road kill.
