Went out this morning to try and put another deer in my freezer. I have let five smaller bucks walk this year and only killed the first one I saw during ML season. Today I told myself if a legal buck showed itself it was going down. I never saw the first deer. Still am seeing some sign of deer in the area but no rutting activity that I can tell. I may go in the morning for the last day of this season just to try once more. Unlike Churly my year has been does and little guys. emoRolleyes Jmax

Well I didn't get a buck last year and I let a 6 walk the last week of the season. I hate it for ya bud, but I've seen your "buckett O' antlers" and I'm having trouble deeling sorry for ya! You hunted a lot more last year if I remember correctly!
I hear ya, I did hunt more last year. The rain this year kind a had me not wanting to go. I did not go back this morning either with the rain we had last night. I guess the good thing is the five little bucks I let walk this year will be bigger ones next year. Yea, my wash tub of horns does look pretty good even if I do say so myself.
