To All Posters:</p>
Folks, in some of the posts there have been comments made toward doing violence to someone for stealing or jet ski's or other forms of boating. Please take note:</p>
Please keep in mind that you are on a public forum! Everything you say on here is out there for all to see. If you make a threat, even tho it is aimed at no one in particular, you are still liable if something happens. </p>
Yes, there have been some of the threads locked. Yes, there has been some of the threads deleted. There is a reason for this. For most of you that have been here for awhile, I think you will remember what David asked a long time ago. Please refrain from making threats, idle or otherwise, as the forum can also be held responsible for these actions. </p>
Folks, we have a one of a kind place here. Please don't use it to encourage violence toward others or use it as a personal platform for belittling anyone. Use the forum wisely and remember that every thing is out there for all to see. If you make a threat and then carry it out toward someone, and then they get on here and read it, they can use this as evidence against you in court. IT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE!</p>
Please don't hold this against the moderators or the administrators. It's not something that we enjoy doing, going behind folks and trying to make it reasonable. We don't condone them stealing or running between anyones boat and the bank any more than you do. BUT, we have to keep it reasonable also. So please use this board with respect for all. Even tho some are not worthy of the respect, just remember that the forum could disapear just as easily as it was started.</p>
