Ok, so people who are supporting Obama in all this, argue that no one is offering other suggestions... Well, here is a very successful business person, offering some very realistic, and certainly much simpler, ways to reform health care.

This is the problem with this topic... When someone does offer some alternatives with realistic, American ideas, they are made to look like bad guys insighting trouble.
