Yes.

From Sta-bils website:

Q: Can I use STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer in fuel for both 2-cycle (gas and oil mixture) and 4-cycle engines? What about the number of engine cylinders (1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 cylinders)?
A: Yes, STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer works equally well in fuel for both 2-cycle (gas and oil mixture) and 4-cycle engines. STA-BIL can be used in engines with any number of cylinders (e.g. 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 cylinders).

Sta-Bil works on anything that burns gasoline. You only use a very small amount so it won't harm any ratios. I use it in my 2 cycle chain saw and weed eater gas. Never had any malfunction of any kind. It works too!

I was told by a mechanic that if you run stabil regularly in gasoline engines there is a huge differences vs engines that have not run it. Especially in carburated engines. He said it really helps prevent varnish gumming in the carb. I have always added it to the three boats I have owned and never have had a problem.
