I think the first one is metal and it has Glass eyes and yes i think that would be a fair price ......Folks as far as this being my Dads .He never thought enough to say here son i want you to have this,,, I got it out of the rubbish when he died and i an sure there is some of you out there just like that ..I am now 75 years old and no one to leave it to and when i die it will go back to the rubbish.So right now i can use the beer money
