Just like new. High-vis neon yellow and black. I bought this new from Pandora’s last summer. I wore this on two short rides. Great summer jacket with mesh ventilation and a zip-in water proof liner for rain and wind protection. Also has internal (removable) armor in shoulders, elbows and back. I have the tags that came with the jacket but they are not attached.
