? on my skeeter gauge

I have a 96 skeeter with a pro v and the other day it wasn't running right and on one of my gauges it has my oil pressure and two circles a red and a green the red one looks like its empty with a lil line on the bottom and the green one looks full with a little line on top and was wondering what the green one means
