Optimax lower cowl removal

Hey guys I have the shop manual for my motor and it look pretty simple but there must be a hidden bolt that I cant see to separate them. I pulled three and it says there are four, but I couldn't find them. Will you all help me with the fourth is it hidden or hard to find. Sorry for the simple problem but I just cant see whats hanging the me up
